4th China-ASEAN Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition (CAIEC)
With “Innovation Cooperation for a Shared Dream” as its theme, the Competition is committed to serving as an open and inclusive platform—empowering the innovators and the entrepreneurial pioneers to break through geographical and cultural boundaries, fostering a regional innovation ecosystem, enabling every creative idea to radiate vitality in regional cooperation, and further consolidating the foundation for building a closer China-ASEAN community.
The competition focuses on innovative applications of Artificial Intelligence (AI) across multiple sectors, including industry, agriculture, transportation & logistics, culture, healthcare, finance, and education, covering areas such as automation, smart systems, personalized services, and data-driven decision-making. Prize Awards
In the Final, the first, second and third prizes, Cooperation Stars and Creativity Stars, will be selected respectively. The Awards of the Competition are set as follows:
- First prize with an award of RMB 50,000
- Second prizes with RMB 30,000 each
- Third prizes with RMB 10,000 each.
A total of the 6 entries will be awarded prizes and certificates of honor, as follows:
- First prize with an award of RMB 50,000
- Second prizes with RMB 30,000 each
- Third prizes with RMB 10,000 each.
Creativity Stars
A total of the 8 entries from Team Group and Enterprise Group ranked 13th to 20th in the Final will be awarded prizes and certificates of honor, with an award of RMB 4,000 each
Register Now
- Participating enterprises must be legally registered and established in China or an ASEAN Member States, with innovative capabilities and high growth potential. The intellectual property rights of participating projects shall be dispute-free.
- The enterprise must have been registered and established on or after January 1st, 2021. The registered capital of the enterprise shall not exceed USD 4.5 million.
- Non-listed enterprises that comply with local rules and have an excellent social reputation without bad records (enterprises listed on the NEEQ or the Regional Equities Exchange and Quotations are allowed to participate in the Competition).
- Teams with technological innovation achievements and entrepreneurial plans that have not been registered as enterprises currently, such as entrepreneurs, excellent start-ups in the field of S&T, start-up groups from universities, etc.
- The core members of the team must be the actual participants and executors of the participating project. The participating project must be one planned, developed or operated by the core members of the team. The products, technologies, and related intellectual property shall belong to the core members and be free from property rights disputes.
